Everything was slick and professional. From the receptionist to the crazy complicated coffeemaker in the waiting area, we were impressed by Prestige BMW, and especially by the experience of working with Erik Valentin to determine what was available and what fit best into our budget and needs. Lori has been attentive and so pleasant to work with. She goes the extra mile to make your purchase go as smoothly as possible. Max was wonderful in helping my husband and I get the car we were looking for. He responded to our calls quickly and kept us informed throughout the process. Prestige BMW is by far the most professional & friendliest dealership I know. I've shopped around quite a bit, dealt with several different places in the past & literally walked out on sales guys before as they either "attack" you as soon as you get on the lot or "know better" than you what you are looking for. Prestige BMW on the other hand makes you feel immediately welcomed - they kindly ask if you need help but also give you space to "breath" & to look around. Luis worked hard to get my business and find the exact vehicle I wanted for an awesome price. I was trading in my 335xi Coupe and had alot of anxiety giving it up. He had patience and was willing to let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and did not make feel like a bother. He did not try to sell me one that made me compromise what I wanted just because it was on the lot. He had my vehicle brought in from another dealer in MA.
