Working with Erik was an absolute pleasure. My wife and I came in for a test drive of the X3 and X5 and were not only pleased with the cars but with the sales experience as a whole. Erik did an excellent job helping us find the car that would fit us best, going through the options and most importantly making us feel comfortable with our decision. Due to some situations with our existing car we didn't drive out of the dealership with a new BMW, but once we get it taken care of Erik will be the first person I call.
