Erik And Matt in service are the perfect team. This is my 4th BMW from prestige and I will keep coming back. The service center is also quick and they always have a loaner.
Erik was recommended by a mutual acquaintance and up for my second BMW I made a call. Instantly he was affable and although the showroom was very busy pre-Christmas he was keen to make an appointment to work to my schedule. I just purchased my 4th BMW. I walked into Prestige (having been very unhappy with the service at a dealer closer to my home) and asked to speak with a female salesperson. It was my lucky day.
