This is my third BMW purchase. I was assigned Lori Asserson and what an experience it was! I asked for the review of all the models before my selection. I was surprised by her depth of knowledge re: BMW cars. I also found her easy going ,friendly ,pleasant to work with and before long I found my right car. Delivery was delayed because of SANDY, but she kept us informed . I must also mention the the professional competency and courtesy of Andrew during delivery of the car.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Eric Valentin. and Stephen Grossman while purchasing my daughter,s 2011 BMW328x in August, as well as my 2013 BMW328xCoupe, which was delivered yesterday.
