I had a great experience working with Anthony Polisena. His follow up is amazing! He took his time and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. I love this dealership and my CPO BMW!! I live next to 3 other BMW dealerships. Prestige BMW was my choice and not near my home either. I will travel to Prestige anytime! Their prices were also the best from my research. My son found this car thru the internet but my husband and I were not sold on BMW. We had just test drove a Chrysler and had a terrible experience with negotiations. Sad to say but we had purchased a vehicle there within the year so I guess they are not intereseted in repeat clients. Honest, accommodating sales experience. Was great doing business and my family is just so happy with the car!!! It was a pleasure dealing with Prestige BMW of Ramsey again. It was my second time leasing a car from them. Greg Isola was an absolute, wonderful and very patient client advisor. He spent the whole day trying to get me into the right car for the the right price. I was very satisfied with the lease price for the 2012 528xi that he had worked out for me. I brought my 2004 645 to service ......John Bonilla who has been our sevice agent for years and has given us excellent service each time!!!......recommended Lori Asserson when I was trying to decide if I should repair my 2004 or buy new!
