I have been purchasing personal automobiles for over 40 years. I have always looked forward to getting a new car, yet I have dreaded the experiecne of making the purchase. When you think of the car buying experience it is usualy negative. When I met Keith years ago at another BMW dealership, the sales experience was more than pleasant and was actually fun. I have bought many cars from him over the years. He was always there even when I needed service. I will always trust and follow him . Prestige seems like a first class operation. I just leased my fourth BMW from Prestige and as usual, they were efficient, curteous, honest and extremely pleasant to deal with. Due to the changing economy, I wasn't sure that a BMW would be within my budget. Rich Marcus found me a pre-owned 3 series that is absolutely perfect - its safe, practical and great looking! During my search, I shopped other brands, but once I walked back into Prestige I felt the most comfortable. I trust these guys and will go back to Rich for all of my future needs.

This is my second lease through Prestige BMW in Ramsey. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Lori goes above and beyond to ensure you are not only satisfied with your purchase but, adds that personal touch which is amazing. I just went from driving an X3 to a 328XI and it's awesome. Lori was incredibly helpful in the delivery of my new BMW. She made the experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. I couldn't find any other BMW dealership out there who could offer me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted, and was very satisfied with how quickly I was able to get all of this completed.
