My experience this time with my vehicle service was beyond expectation .Matt was very professional experience and gave me every answers to my questions.I had more than one reason to compare since my last "advisor" was very rude and made me wait over 2 hours just because he made a mistake finding my correct information but I will come back and defiantly I will request Matt as my personal Advisor.I can say I'm completely satisfied! I was very pleased with my experience at Prestige BMW. Curtis and Keith were very friendly, informative and knowledgeable and both seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the car that met my needs and price range. I generally dislike the negotiation process which comes with purchasing or leasing a new car, but Curtis and Keith managed to make even that part of the leasing process a pleasant experience. My second purchase with Lori was at least as efficient and professional as the first. Lori is a pro and not only provided a fantastic deal from the onset but as usual is very honest and right to the point. I've purchased BMW's from several other dealers in the area over the years and they just don't compare in terms of experience and quality of dealership sales and service environment. Lori is top notch.

Freddy Benitez helped me out with my purchase and was more than helpful. He was not pushy and answered all of my questions. I traveled about two hours to purchase my car from Prestige and I will do it again in the future.

My husband and I have been working with Lori for almost 10 years now. It is always a pleasure visiting the showroom and "ordering" our vehicles. It never seems like sales at all. Lori has always gone above and beyond in making sure that we end up with the vehicle that we want - and we do! She is a major reason why we keep coming back to Prestige. We couldn't be happier.

Quick and professional service. I test drove the car at 11AM and was driving it home by 1:30PM that same day. Both Eddie and Frank we're courteous and professional. The overall experience was perfect...Exactly what car buying should be.
