Prestige BMW is not the closest BMW dealership to our home, but we chose this dealership because their salesman Luis was very professional, and most importantly, we knew he wanted the sale, which is very hard to find nowadays, especially with luxury products. My wife and I have been driving BMW's for quite some time, and I would absolutely work with Luis Valencia time and time again. I was looking to get out of my X6 5.0 and move into a new car. Luis helped to find the perfect car for me and was able to have it delivered in a week. He was extremely knowledgeable on the full line of BMW's and all their options, which made selecting my car fairly easy. I plan on going back to Luis next year when it is time for my wife to trade in her X5.
We would never buy a car from anyone other than Lori Asserson at Prestige BMW. We pass 5 BMW dealerships on our way to Prestige and would never consider stopping in. Nobody likes to visit a body shop, but when your parked car is rammed in the back by a Hit-and-Run, you have no choice.
