Lori was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked to get me a geat deal on a new car. The time she spent sitting in the car with me and going over the features (especially iDrive and Navigation) was reflective of a level of service and attention that you don't see much these days! Lori did a great job helping my wife and I lease a new BMW. We were considering both the X3 and 3 series X drive. My family has used Presitage BMW for 10 or more years and Lori Asserson has become like a family member. I always use Lori and my 2010 BMW was up and I went with a new 2012 BMW convertible which I love. I had been looking for months for the right BMW 650i and I came across Prestige BMW. I live in Dallas and I was treated well from afar. He was very knowledgable on all the products and never pressure me into buying something I did not wanted. He made the entire process so easy and stress free, not to mention record time.
