I have been working with Frank since November of 2010. He has always been helpful when I come in and took time out of his schedule to make sure my experience at Prestige was a great one. Most dealers would have been sick of me coming in and test driving without buying, but Frank always made me feel like family. When he finally put me behind the wheel, I was 100% positive that this was the car for me and I have Frank to thank for that. Prestige is a great place to shop and buy and Franks customer service is second to none.
This is my second BMW that I have purchased from prestige and Lori asserson has been my sales person for both. Once again she has exceeded my expectations with her detailed explanation of all of the many technological features that this amazing car has. she has made the experience easy and also makes you feel first class right alongside with the vehicle you are buying.
