Frank was extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional. Buying a car is a very difficult process and one that requires a great deal of comparison. We were not sure what car to buy and Frank guided us accordingly. I will definitely use him again.

I am writing this to express my admiration for Mrs Ana Piserchia, who I met many years ago during my first visit for service. Since then I have been impressed by her diligence and attention to details. For every need that came up, she was always very resourceful and very kind. I recently purchased a X3 from Prestige and I must say it was the smoothest vehicle transactions I have ever made. Patt Watt was extremely helpful and his knowledge of the vehicles not only (BMW) but all of the vehicles at the dealership was amazing. Patrick really went above and beyond the my expectations he even assisted me in returning my leased vehicle to Honda. I must say, If you are looking to purchase a Quality vehicle from people that really care... You must go to Prestige BMW. ***(Ask for Patrick)***

Anna has always be outstanding in her dealing with my car as well as other family bmw's when they have to get service or it is an emergency. Every time we have brought a car in for any service it has been fixed and returned in exellent condition, including recall.

I have been dealing with Prestige BMW for over 20 years. I find that anna, alex, and tony have given excellent service.I have never had a problem or complaint. I find their knowledge and expertise to be exceptional. They should be commended for their service.

I have found Anna Piserchia to be knowlegable in all areas of my service needs. I have never been disapointed with any of the work performed on the five BMW's I own. It is a pleasure knowing I can depend on Prestige BMW to always help me with my vehicles. I have found all of the employees there to be friendly and courtious. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a exceptional dealer.

Joe and I had stayed in communication to find the right vehicle for about a year. He was good about staying in touch and we were able to find the right car at the right price. This is the fifth car I have leased with Prestige BMW of Ramsey. Their service department is top's always friendly making appointments convenient to fit my busy schedule. Lori Asserson, a client advisor, has worked with me for my last two leases and have found her to be informative,knowledgeable and works with her customer for the sole purpose of satisfying the customer with the best deal available.

This is the second car I bought from Alex and I have sent my friends. When I bought my first BMW, I was recommended to Alex by another of his clients and I didn't know if I wanted to drive to NJ as I live in NY. I would follow Alex anywhere because he is the BEST at what he does and I couldn't imagine buying a car from anyone else. I trust him, he listens and I feel like he truly cares that I was to get a car that I could afford and he found one!!! Kudos to Alex...he's the man! Lynne Goldberg
