We just purchased a recertified 2008 5 series BMW. As a client advisor, Joe Atshan was excellent and we could not have had a better experience. Joe was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We bought a used Audi A4 Quattro. From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership, we were welcomed, offered, and given only but the best service there is. When the first car we looked at this dealership didn't work out, client advisor Mary Kate took her time to present a list of other cars they have in stock that we might be interested in which some of them are located at another location but she was very accomodating and offered that if we want to look at any of them, she can just have the cars be brought over ... read more

I have purchased or leased at least 35 vehicles in my life and no other dealer has come close to matching the quality of the total customer interface that Prestige does. The physical plant is inviting and comfortable. Lori Asserson, my sales rep, really sets the standard by which all car sales persons should be measured. She stays in touch to make sure that there are no negative issues with the vehicle, and advises me if there are special pricing programs being run that may be of interest. Frank stayed in touch since our last visit, so we felt he would provide us with the best service....and he did. The car was delivered in like new condition and Frank completely reviewed all the controls and accessories. This is our fourth BMW from Prestige.

Purchased cars from Mike Morganstein on numerous occasions -- he along with MK provided fast, attentive service on what was probably one of their busiest Saturdays -- demo sale day! No games, no hard selling, just straightforward polite and attentive service. They had the car I was looking for, plus showed me a few others and let me decide. You can't go wrong here...

I have bought many cars in my lifetime, however, NEVER, has my experience been this great. From the time we were greeted by our salesperson, Stephen Tomaszewski, to when we walked out with keys to our X3, we were treated with unbelievable kindness and professionalism. The entire process from the moment we walked in the door until we drove away with the car was pleasant. We spent the entire day test driving various cars and weighing our options. At no point was anyone pushy or did they try to rush us. We even had our two young children with us while we were looking. They were patient with us as we went back and forth between two cars.
