From the minute we walked into the showroom we were impressed! What a difference a few years can make! The facility itself was beautiful...there were no salesmen stalking us on the floor...we actually had the chance to just browse...it was such a pleasant change from the norm! Starting from their new state of the art facility, built for customer comfort and ease, to their employees, who make you feel welcome and appreciated. I am from Illinois and I was buying my car pretty much over the Internet. My sales representative was Greg Isola, he made the whole transaction as worry free as buying used car over the internet can be ;-). I was looking to buy 4x4 and in my search I came across prestige BMW . I talked to Mr.Beltre several times before I decided to sit down and take a meeting with him . After I meet with him he was very nice and courteous towards me . He went out of his way to make me a deal that I could not refuse .I purchased a 2008 Jeep Grand Cheerokee that I am very happy with. Prestige did an awesome job from start to finish with the sale of our pre-owned X5. Milton, Curtis and the rest of the crew were wonderful considering we were coming from 65+ miles away to get the car. I only hope to be able to do business with them again.

Freddy was extemely informative and supportive in my buying decision. He gave me and my family the time to make our decision. This is my fourth car through Prestige. They have been very professional and courteous. I got my last two cars through Lori Asserson. She has been wonderful. She's very knowledgeable snd easy to deal with. She really seems to care about the customer. In service, I have dealt for years with Ryan Donnelly. Ryan is awesone. He always goes to bat for the customer.
