"Best Customer Service" I have been going to Prestige BMW for years, and they are the best in customer service, especially Diana Martinez. She always explains everything to me that needs to be done, always has a loner car ready for me, and is honest with her assessment of what should be taken care of at the time. She is the reason I always go back, it's always a pleasure getting my car serviced when Diana is there, plus we always have a laugh!
