"Attentive, courteous and promt" Had continuous problems with my tire and brought my vehicle to the dealership where I purchased the car and was not satisfied with service. Called BMW of Ramsey and they provided loaner car on the same day and immediately addressed the issue - couldn't be happier. Although Ramsey is out of the way, I will definitely be dealing with them from now on.
"Excellent" My service was good , he inspection the whole car, the mechanic said it was great,he said your car is old but it is in good shape.
"Prestige saved the Day!" I was in a complete bind: I had unexpected damage to my car and wasn't sure what to do. The service department was beyond accommodating and helpful. They helped me work with my insurance company, secured a loaner car for me, was always available by text messages, and got the work done ASAP. Diana and Morgan in the Service Department are true Rock Stars!
"Excellent" Kevin was polite and perfessional. He informed me of the change in status while I was waiting for my car being serviced. He identified the parts need to have work done. His estimated waiting time was accurate.
