"Outstanding" The experience was great due to my sales representative Veronica. She was straight forward, warm friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From the moment she introduced herself to the point were we negotiated an agreement Veronica was outstanding. I have bought 3 BMW's from 3 different dealerships VeronIca has been the best.

"It was the most pleasant experience" From the moment I spoke with my sales person to picking up the care, it was a seamless process. My salesperson was professional, straightforward and found me the car and gave me a great deal with no negotiation. The process to pick up the car was easy and so pleasant. Your showroom is beautiful. The leasing agent and leasing coordinator were both courteous and professional. The "genius" who walked me through the details of the car was excellent. I could not have had a better experience.
"BMW for Service" BMW of Ramsey, treats their customers with the white glove treatment. They are very through. They remind you of maintenance required via email, they communicate with you via txt and forward you status as your vehicle is being worked on. Morgan was friendly and provided excellent customer care. She even offerred to show me the way to the waiting area on the 2nd floor. Coffee and breakfast snacks were offerred in the waiting area. "Scheduled maintenance" Service was excellent and fast. I dropped the car off in the morning and by 2 PM it was ready. John was courteous and kept me well informed. I would definitely go back to BMW Ramsey for service.
