"Brian Halpin was fabulous, courteous and quick." Brian got me through the service process quickly and kept me abreast of when my car was ready. He is courteous and pleasant to deal with, and made the whole service experience a pleasure!
"Professional, courteous, efficient" I noticed a huge difference from service experience in prior years. It is clear that there is an effort to correct prior issues with service.

"mixed bag" Let me first state this is the 6th vehicle we have leased with Prestige BMW. My major issue is that after leasing this car for 5 months I still do not have a second key. When I picked up the car back in April they did not have the 2nd key but told me it was "on order". I am told that speaking with my sales person is the only way to get a 2nd key ordered.
