Al was very attentive and even more helpful in assisting us in purchasing a vehicle on the day we merely came to look. We had 30 days remaining on the current BMW lease and were considering another vehicle as well. I came in with a flat tire on a really tight schedule one morning recently. I showed up with no appointment. They were really busy and set me up with a rental since I had to leave quicky. They got me out just in time and I was on my way. All the employees there are wonderful. I always deal with Kurt As the service advisor, who is always great. The service dept is by far the best I have ever been too! And I love my BMW!

The dealership has created a winning team effort that supports you as soon as you pull your car into the service bay. There is a person taht immediately comes over to you to confirm your appointment and that they have a loaner car waiting for you. This provides a confidence feeling. Then that person takes you to your service advisor who is on the ball already. My wife and I, along with our 7 month old golden retriever were traveling north along the New Jersey Turnpike to visit my wife's Grandparents in New York and to celebrate her Grandmother's 85th birthday. At a rest stop, the rear passenger window regulator to our X5 failed, leaving the window in the down position. Not wanting to travel all the way to New York with the window down, we searched frantically for a local BMW dealership.
