Brought car in on Monday, December 14, 2020, said there was a repair with the "belt" which was needed despite what I saw on internet. I informed the Service advisor Billy Holden that I have a 3rd party warranty (Warranty Solutions), to which he responded that he already knows how they operate, and they won’t cover XYZ. "The service department at this dealership is poor. On..." The service department at this dealership is poor. On our visit, we were told the car would be ready in a couple of days. It took 10 days. They told us we had to approve replacement of the windshield if they broke it while replacing the rubber seal around it which had decayed. They broke it, wanted almost $2000 to replace it. Recently, I had hoped for the same while trading in for another BMW, and had the opposite experience. The salesperson was lackluster, and did not provide information or enthusiasm throughout the time I was there. I finally just left- and purchased a BMW X4 from Circle BMW and had a great experience there. This place needs an overhaul or some training in customer service.
"Untrustworthy" I filled out an application. I had a Preapproved from Capital One Auto finance. They wanted me to use theirs. She told me they could not get me approved. I said what about my pre-approval she said it was not definitive. Needless to say, I was told that I was denied. Since it was a holiday weekend I was could not contact auto finance.
