"Gina Haynes was the worst client advisor ever. She was..." Gina Haynes was the worst client advisor ever. She was more concerned about talking to my husband about her weed habit than the car. Would not recommend.
"I waited to give this review to give them ample..." I waited to give this review to give them ample opportunity to step up however they have failed. Initially, I was declined by every bank they applied to, with $25,000 down! Perhaps their finance dept was doing something wrong. Wanting the vehicle, I was instantly approved by a credit union the following morning. Though that experience was unbelievable, I had every intention of giving good reviews for the sales rep as she appeared to be a hard worker and made things fairly ... read more

Mt Lauren BMW Employee disrespect behavior by the employees which are inappropriate and unethical Everyone’s has cell phone on their hand and they just busy with their phone They don’t give more information and say untrue words .. "I originally gave BMW of Mt Laurel a 5 star. I am taking..." I originally gave BMW of Mt Laurel a 5 star. I am taking it back to a 0 star. They talk a good game, to sell you the vehicle. That means the sales person Wendy and the fiance manager Joe. Do not trust either one of them. The whole dealership is deceitful, slimmey, grimmey, dishonest and a bunch of crooks. I bought my X5 in January at night and did not realize I had paint near the tires and flaps. I honestly thought it was dirt until I got my truck detailed. When I... read more
"My experience with this dealership was a nightmare. I..." My experience with this dealership was a nightmare. I will never patronize with this dealership again. it was awful!!!!!
"I am so unpleased with my service advisor’s rude..." I am so unpleased with my service advisor’s rude attitude. I complained about the issue and he sent me a letter with exactly the same attitude. My name was not even acknowledged - just a “Hello”, and no sincerity in his apology letter. He definitely needs to learn how to write a sincere email and improve his work ethic towards his customers. It was another very disappointing experience with BMW customer service!
"Multiple flat tires My laurel dealership abdicates..." Multiple flat tires My laurel dealership abdicates responsibility, referred me actually to a different dealership and salesperson does not return any calls Stay away from this place
"As bad as it gets. Service reps and mgmt have poor grasp..." As bad as it gets. Service reps and mgmt have poor grasp of customer care - rarely answer phone calls, frequently fail to return calls/msgs, treat inquiries as annoyances. Sad thing is that service techs are decent, but that’s lost with the painful need to deal with the front people. Held my wife’s X3 hostage 2 months ago until I coughed up $1K for a part they needed to order, Paid it but still haven’t seen the part and, when called, service depart says they can’t... read more
"Princeton bmw (now apart of mt laurels management)..." Princeton bmw (now apart of mt laurels management) stripped my oil pan plug on my last oil change which I fought to have mt Laurel to contact them and have them take care of the bill to fix the issue. they claimed to have fixed it and I paid for my oil change and went on my way. A couple weeks after I notice oil dripping. Oil was low while driving one day so I stop at a shop and was told I would need a new oil pan plug. Oil pan plugs shouldn’t need to be replaced like o... read more
