It was fine. No issues. They fixed the problem. I don't really have anything more to say in this review. They took it in at 7:40 am and it was finished at 5 pm.

Dusty called me at 3:30 on a Friday telling me that my car was all set. He asked me if I needed a ride back to the dealership. When I said I did, and told him I was available to go at any time he told me he would call me back. I called the dealership at 5:30, a half-hour before they closed, because I was concerned that I had not heard back from them. I traveled from out of state to buy a car from here and the salesman told me I should come at a certain time and should be out in less than an hour, since we had already agreed on a used car and I was paying cash. I had also told them that I did not have much time as the drive alone was more than a couple of hours each way. Having invested sometime prior to my visit working trade (s) vehicle price, funding needs, 4 plus hours later and some back tracking from the dealership I drove a BMW home The dealership took way too long and made certain comments and statements which you could say I did not further dig into causing concern and conflict, after the sale making me out to be in a hurry the bad guy and not reflecting on the true events almost belittling perhaps due to the survey follow up filled out based on the events and experience ? I walked in asking about a specific Car that I saw on AutoTrader, at the begining, the sales man was so friendly, and sounded good, I took the car in test drive, and when it came to price negotiation, basically, he asked me how much do you pay and you now and get it so I told them what I thought, then the sales man went away and brought his manager, and the manager was so rude, he said that the prices are not negotiable and you will pay what it is listed for, and I was okay, thanks and I was about to leave and he started ask... read more
I was at the dealership for X3 model. I dealt with Alex who is a nice guy & gave me the time & needed information. I asked for test drive & the dealership said "NO" saying that they have no test vehicle to drive ( this really unbelievable ) Later I was called by Manager " Lane McEaney" & he said I can't take the final no’s discussed ( documents ) out of the dealership. Bought a 2013 X3 2 weeks ago. It broke down on vacation in N MI. They have been unresponsive and not helpful in arranging pick up and delivery of loaner and getiing the vehicle to fix. This $50,000 vehicle is lemon. Dealership is awful. Don't go here.

Unfriendly would not describe it. The staff at this dealership needs to be trained in customer service, from the top down. From sales to service, you will not be treated as a valued customer....far from it. You are more likely to be treated as a pain in the butt. They don't want to sell or service cars, simply make money. They are decent on pricing. If you can stand the arrogance and lack of courtesy, then you will get a good price, but forget service....there is none.

Went in with my father to purchase a used BMW, walked in the dealer, which was empty due to a recent snow storm yet it was minutes before anyone assisted us. Dave called us into his office and we wanted to know what inventory they had, he wouldn't offer any details until we gave a price we were looking for even though we knew what model (so we had a rough idea of the price).
