Troy was the first to greet my wife and I. He was very friendly and listened closely to what our needs were. Troy then introduced us to Steve. Steve, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the BMW product. Troy went to great lenghts to meet our pricing requests. Summer was very knowledgable and helpful. We had a great experience and would recommend this dealship to our friends.

This is the 5th BMW that we have leased from this dealership. Everyone we have dealt with over the years has been helpful, accommodating, and professional. We have been particularly pleased with our relationship with Chad in sales and Kevin in service.

I and my friend ended up buying two cars at this dealership. We were both helped by Steve and Summer. They are both very helpful and very patient. This is the first time for both me and my friend to get a car from a dealership, and we had a lot of questions. Steve and Summer answered all of our questions without making us felt pushed. I felt that they genuinely wanted to help us find the right car at the right price. I will recommend this dealership to my friends who are considering a BMW.

I received fantastic customer service and a car that I can truly enjoy. There was a slight problem with the navigation, ad everyone went above and beyond to fix it immediately ad make sure that I was more than happy with my purchase.
