Everyone was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely buy my next BMW from BMW of Ann Arbor (and Chad). All in all it was the best car buying experience I have every had.

Dustin provided excellent customer service when I purchased my certified BMW. He did not pressure me and made the entire process very easy and seamless.
Dustin was helpful, a great communicator, and a pleasure to work with. I ultimately decided on a completely different type of car (luxury vs. sporty) and did not purchase from this dealership. However, I was utterly impressed with Dustin and the dealership and would recommend their consultative selling approach to anyone looking for a sporty import. Good people.
I used BMW of Ann Arbor for nearly 7 years, both for regular maintenance and repairs. The price, service and courtesy was second to none, in my opinion. The skill of the mechanics is a bit variable (some are excellent and some are just okay), but everyone in the service department aims to please. Compared to dealers I've used in Calfornia, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, Illinois, these are are the best.
Will.change if the experience changes. I wrote a massive review in Google. Will update all reviews immediately after the nonsense is corrected. But so far. This place is red flag city.

Found out my car was finished 6 days earlier. Not one call!!!! My car was disgusting dirty and smelled of oil when I got it back. BMW you expect better this was my 2 nd bad experience with them.
"I had the worst experience with this dealership. waited 5..." I had the worst experience with this dealership. waited 5 minutes before someone came. the service advisor (I didn't ask his name, but he later gave me his manager's card Mark Wade) asked $160 for oil change while there was an online special for $100. when I took out the print out, he accused me for playing him for not bringing this out in the first place. "Not happy at all with the service of this dealership,..." Not happy at all with the service of this dealership, started out with Lila she has the worst customer service, no follow up. I had to request another sales person. Too bad the car I wanted wasn't at a local dealership closer to my home (Clinton Township) or I would have canceled the deal.
