Though I am happy with the car, the Sales person, Dustin Johnson, is unethical, without integrity, and a liar. He has no problem lying to his customers, or managers. I will never do business with him or any dealership that employs him.

I purchased an 08 BMW 328xi approximately 2 months ago. I negotiated the deal with the general sales manager over the phone. Upon arrival to close the deal and I worked exclusively with Dustin Johnson. He was excellent. The GSM, however, was a bit deceptive in describing the vehicle and attempted to include a lower than agreed to trade in value on our sales agreement. Currently, i've been trying to purchase the used 2002 Bmw 325i from BMW of Ann Arbor, and been having issues with getting a loan big-enough to cover this car due to me not having any Credit History. I've never missed any payments in my life when it comes to oweing anyone including paying my rent on time. I make a steady income and everything i just dont have any credit history. This store turns out to be related to the Mercedes of Ann Arbor and boy does it show. One of the first questions I got asked when looking at the 5 series was flat out "How can you afford this car?" While he did conduct a product demonstration and take me for a test drive, there is no way I'll be purchasing a car from them. There are just too many other good options out there wihtout being talked down to.
