"Waste of Time" I drove an 1: 40 minutes to test drive and purchase an X3. I made an appointment to test drive and purchase the vehicle. I came in from my test drive and said I'm ready to buy it. The sales person said the banks are closed. I said that's fine I'll just pay for the car. He then said I don't have people here to process you. He made an appointment for us to return the next day and asked for a deposit. On my long drive home I decided not to return. Messaged the dealership. No response! "The Worst Service Experience" I dropped my vehicle for service, supposed to get 15% off on $1500 services, but instead they did another service ( Wheel Alignment) without even my approval. Guess what during this service they damaged my steer wheel and door handle. I care my car, know everything. This is purely Ann Arbor BMW negligence and damaged my vehicle. This dealer (sales rep Justin Fagan to be precise) treat you like trash. I think it was because I just woke up and put on a jacket over my house clothes because my brother in law asked to go in a rush. I found a used 3 series listed online for sale through this dealer, I contacted the dealer and they confirmed they still have that particular car for sale. Dealer said the car was currently being repaired (drivers seat) and I was not able to come and test drive the car that day. The dealer said the drivers seat would be put back in the car the following day and it would be available to view the car and test drive it. Called dealer to determine whether I needed an appointment . Was informed that ai did and it would take an hour and a half. Made an appointment, arrived early and took a walk to a diner down the street. Came back, had coffee in their lounge area, checked out the latest models and visited the cashier when the car was ready. The service folks were great, the sales staff answered various questions I had and the cashier was nice. The dealer is conveniently located and was customer focused.,
