This was by far the best automotive sales/service experience I've ever had. My sales advisor was Stewart and he was AWESOME!! Where is his picture??? He has great customer service and relationship management skills. I would love to have Stewart train my employees. Summer was also great to work with. I appreciate her willingness to work with me on the spot; very professional.

The service side of this dealership has been excellent. I recently had my car serviced and Kevin took care of everything I brought up and did a great job of explaining what was going on. Still under warranty so free is a hard price to beat. Just wanted to commend Kevin's stellar service.
Dusty Harrison and the folks at BMW of Ann Arbor made my service issue completely problem free. When I came in for my regular vehicle check, I pointed out that my TPM system was acting up. I told Dusty that, unless it's absolutely essential to the safe operation of the vehicle, I'd have to pass on getting it fixed or replaced that day. Ifound the entire staff to be courtious, professional looking, and knowlegable. The vehicle was returned cleaner than when I brought it in. Other service items were suggested but there was no high pressure. It was enjoyable.
Chad is the best sales person I have ever worked with!! He is kind, knowledgeable and just an overall great guy!! The car that he helped me slect ended up being much better than what I had originally wanted to purchase. Im very pleased with my car and the warranty.
