After speaking and dealing directly with Pranav Gill he turned an unpleasant experience into an experience that I would expect from BMW (especially Herb Chambers). I reached out to him and he wanted specifics on what did not happen and came back exactly as he said he would. Pranav showed the utmost professionalism, was very apologetic and met all expectations. I have gone from not even considering buying a car to strongly buying a car from this dealership.
Terrible...they act like they are doing you a favor. I bought two cars elsewhere before they finally asked me why they had not heard from me.
I don't know even know where to begin with this review. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. From the time I set foot into the place it was a disaster. Thinking back now I should have just walked away. I have had nothing but problems with my "certified pre-owned" BMW. I have brought it back 4 times since I bought it in April, received 2 loaner cars and each time I went to pick up my car it was a mess. Visited for my 2006 BMW 325XI Service (check engine light) and they did what they could to provide me a good advice. Planning to sell the car and lease another one later this year. They gave me good options to how to sell the car (as-is) and get better value out of it without spending more money on repairs. My advice to the buyers is to not own these premium cars after the warranty/certification time period is over. It makes sense to rather buy or lease brand new instead (depending on your driving needs).
When my car went in for a flat tire earlier this year, BMW Sudbury couldn't locate three other matching tires,so they replaced all four for the price of one. Who does that? Only a company that is serious about their brand and the customer experience. A few months later, they called me to say my car was pinging them for brake service! Absolutely horrible experience. If you are in the area there are other BMW dealership. AVOID!!! I made it very clear right from the beginning that I am a sure buyer, to the extent that I will buy the car over the weekend. It seems they don't want you to shop around also not entertain unless you are ready to buy. Anyway, I gave the benefit of doubt and went in with the sales person. We had a terrible experience with our first trip to this dealership. Low trade in amount and a hard sell for a lease, which we did not want. This was reflected in my initial review. I was called and told I needed to schedule an Encore appt. to go over my new vehicle with Tony and have car cleaned and fluids topped off. I was told its a 45 min. appt. I showed up at 12:30 and after 40 min. I noticed my car had not been touched. I asked a few people and they were checking on it. I custom ordered a new car, it came with bent rims @ 8 Miles. They tried to tell me it had "Square tires" from sitting on the boat. One of the workers tipped me off that they replaced the rims with USED rims from another vehicle. They failed to disclose this before the sale. (4) attempts to get the rims repaired.
