Paul was extremely helpful and made sure I was aware of all that was progressing with both of our cars, one after the other, over a period of several weeks.
This is the 3rd BMW that we've bought from JMK & Chuck. My husband drove the other 2 and I chose to get a BMW, not just because he has been so satisfied with his cars, but also because Chuck & JMK are great to do business with. Even the other day, while I was parking my new car at a nearby store - someone approached me to congratulate me on my new car and then tipped his JMK hat to say he'd be seeing me around because he worked there. Truly a family feeling. The price, service and car are awesome.
My experience at JMK BMW was great primarily for two reason . First, Mark Carvalho is one of the best sales people I have ever bought from at a car dealership. Mark is knowlegable , extremely patient and helpful in finding the right car and developing the right price and financing.Mark is always accessable and does not put pressure on you to buy. I had a great experience at JMK BMW. The sales person Mark Carvalho was extremely helpful throughout the process. He helped pick a model and was very thorough. I have been leasing a BMW since 2008 from JMK. I just renewed my lease with JMK yesterday and got a brand new car! The people at JMK are really great and friendly. I worked with Art Youman, and he is one the best sales person I have ever encountered. He doesn't pressure and he works with you to get you the best deal that fits your budget.
