I've dealt with dealers in the past that either didn't know their product, don't listen to their customer or both. This was DEFINITELY not why I experienced with Chris at the BMW Store. He was courteous, knowledgeable, thoughtful and hyper responsive to every request. I will be sending others o Chris and he BMW Store at every opportunity.

this is the best car buying experience ever. my sales person was very knowledgeable of the BMW X5 that I purchased and took the time to explain everything i needed to know. The sales and finance team made sure I got the best deal available. They went above and beyond in my opinion and I was in and out in a very short time. Its where I will go for my future auto needs.
Just purchased my second BMW from Paul and the BMW Store. It was a great experience, Paul made the whole process smooth, fast, and made sure the car was delivered on time. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
I had an unusual trade-in need and Paul was excellent in making it work out for me. He understood what I wanted and gave me several choices of new and used cars. I've been happy with The BMW Store in the past but this was my best experience yet.
I started my car search in April with a test drive at the BMW Store, and came back for 2 or 3 more test drives. I had considered 2 or 3 other brands/models.
