Experience was very pleasant. I called before hand and told John what I was looking for and my price range. When we arrived he had already chosen cars suitable for me. We took a look at them, and shortly after test drove. After the test drive, we new we found the car. We signed the documents, and picked up our car a few days later.

Great experience. Darrin provided excellent customer service. Picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership. The staff got me in and out in record time. I would highly recommend The BMW Store.

I had been saving to get a new car towards the end of 2013 or early 2014, but mechanical issues with my old car called for an expedited upgrade. I stopped by The BMW Store to talk to Chris about leasing a new 3 series convertible, and before I left, I had it all spec'd out and put down my deposit on an order. Throughout the order process Chris was very helpful. Jay was really great to deal with. Not your typical car salesman. We found the used mini we were looking for and Jay was VERY helpful with the process. He showed us the car on his day off, and even delivered it from cinci to Columbus!

I went to the BMW Store In Cincinnati looking to compare diffrent SUV's. Mind you my mind was set on the X6. I met Mr Stathes and he took the time to take me through the whole process of not only acquiring the X6 but customizing it to my taste. After going through the many alternatives and previewing the car on-line (great feature), I decided to proceed. Dean and the BMW Store team took care of every detail of this normally lengthy process. Darrin Penrod was a friendly sales person to work with. He had a wide breadth of knowledge about BMW. The price was high but it seemed to be a well maintained vehicle.

I made an appointment with Darrin Penrod to look at a car.Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional.I really liked the car(330ci),made an offer to buy, and they were able to make the numbers work for me. The entire transaction was smooth and efficient. It can't get much better.
