After trying out a ton of dealerships this one was bay far the best. I was very comfortable and never felt pushed or pressured. I was able to comfortably purchase a used car and fell like i was going to be taken care of in the long run. Finding exactly what i wanted was really important to me so it meant a ton to be treated the way I was.

I have purchased or leased 3 BMW's from BMW Store. I have also serviced a fourth BMW at The BMW Store. I'm always impressed with the high quality work and excellent customer service provided to me on each occasion. The entire staff is always very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Appointments are always obtained in reasonable period of time. Free BMW loaner vehicle is a very generous perk during my car's service at The BMW Store. I was interested in leasing a BMW and worked with Chris Lykins. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I had been searching for a used car for several weeks. I found one I was interested in at the BMW Store. It was no problem getting someone to help me take a look and a test drive. Sarah Ahmed was my service representative. She was very knowledgeable about the car and was quick to answer all my questions about the bells and whistles on the car. She wasn't pushy at all. I would be very happy to purchase another car from her. Overall a very satisfactory experience, one that I would very highly and happily recommend.

Great experience! I live in Dayton but well worth the trip down to work with them. Have been using them for service for the last 6 years.

This is the fourth BMW Julian has sold me. His knowledge and honesty are amazing. I would not by a BMW from any other Sales person or dealership. As for Conner the finance manager he will work to get you the best possible rate

I was in need of a new car. My existing car has close to 400,000 miles on it. I kept looking at mini coopers. New and Used ones on their website. I called and Darrin and I set up a day to look at cars. He brings me the mini I wanted to test drive and the drivers side is doors is not is perfect condition. I went in to look at CPOs (certified per-owned), but I had very specific ideas about the car and options that I wanted. Unfortunately, there was nothing on the CPO lot that met the criteria I was looking for. I was open to the idea of purchasing a new car and Paul worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. The BMW Store offered a first class experience and Darrin was a pleasure to work with. The sales staff was of courteous and genuine people whose professionalism was unparalleled. During the tour, the service center was a huge selling point and its quality is definitely appreciated. All around fantastic experience.
