I started looking for a car to replace my lexus which had over 300,000 miles. I decided on the the BMW 7 series and was excited to find the year and mileage of car i was looking for at the BMW dealership. Sarah was very helpful and informative of all of the cars features. After having the car for less than three weeks, I returned the car to BMW. Aaron (the sales manager) was very helpful with the return. The reason for the return was a problem with an oil leak that was going to require almost $8000.00 to fix. Aaron didn't have to take the car back but he did. I am very appreciative of his help with this matter. That should be the end of the story, unfortunately it is not. When it came time to get a new car, I started shopping for a luxury sport sedan with an airy interior, increased rear leg room, and good gas mileage. During the research phase, I stopped by the BMW Store and Paul was very helpful with my questions. After testing several brands of cars, I decided to concentrate on a BMW 328i Luxury Line (typical BMW handling, but with a suspension that is a bit more forgiving). Overall, the experience was really good. Sarah was professional and friendly. She was very easy to talk to. I really liked that when we were waiting, there were free food and drinks. Only thing that was kind of negative was the price. There was no wiggle room. However, they did give a 2 year extended warranty on the car.
John worked very hard to find us the car we wanted, even coming in on his off day to meet with us so he could show us what they had available. He didn't waste our time showing us cars that were outside the specs of what we asked to see. He showed us a number of options in each car class, each with distinct features that might appeal to us. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had, if not the best. My sales person was friendly and not pushy. My test ride with my sales person, Sarah Ahmed was very much like taking a ride with a friend. I liked the car I was planning to buy and to be honest Sarah was a person that acted like I was important and enjoyed her job. I would visit this dealership again and recommend them to my friends. The reason for my ratings are; Negotiations were easy, I felt the purchase price and trade in price were very fair. I asked for some add on which were accomplished quickly and without flaws. Both Paul and the finance guy (can't remember his name)made feel comfortable throughout the transaction.
BWM is my car of choice! The purchase/sale was a very smooth process. The salesman was in tune with my needs and seemed to be interested in making the best fit for me & my family regarding the purchase. My girls were patient as we worked through the dtails of the purchase. I would definitely recommend the BWM Store to others!
Knew we wanted an SUV, so we called John in advance, and he has several for us to look at once we arrived. We quickly found the one we liked and within a couple hours drove it home. Excellent service in a professional environment.
Dean helped me as I was deciding whether to buy my 335xi off-lease or get a new car, and he did an outstanding job. He was incredibly patient as I drove and considered several new BMWs over several weeks and was great in taking time with me and answering my questions with expert knowledge. Even when I decided to buy my current car instead of getting a new one, he remained incredibly helpful and made the purchase process easy. Thanks Dean!
