This was my first time to purchase a BMW car, I got a very nice price. I think Chris is a very nice guy, he answer all of my questions and very friendly. Even I waited my car for 1 month, but I am happy that I got a better car in the end. So I would definitely recommend the BMW Store to others.

When it came time to get a new car, I would like to replace my 3rd BMW 328I due to the high mileage. I stopped by the BMW Store and Paul remembered me from my first visit a few month ago and was very helpful with my questions. He never pushed or pressured, I appreciate this attitude. Paul knew the options I would like, then he found a BNW 328 Ix black but unfortunately not available immediately. I worked with Ken Malinich and was impressed with his Professionalism and his good attitude. Ken and his finance manager Chico were easy to work with, and helpfull. They took the time I needed to make a decision and answered all questions I had, and did a great job with financing..I never felt rushed or pressured. They did a great job and I do not hesitate to recommened them.

Second buying experience at the BMW Store. Worked with Paul Kolleck to purchase a 2014 X1. Paul is knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Test drove the car and had a deal done in less than an hour. What a difference from our local BMW dealer. Well worth the drive from Louisville.
I recently purchased a 2010 BMW X5 from Christopher Hostetter at the BMW Store. Chris was very knowledgeable and took all the time necessary to assure I was satisfied with the vehicle prior to purchase. Once purchased, Chris followed up with Service Department to schedule the installation of aluminum running boards that I had installed. Chris and the entire service team were very professional. I will definitely purchase another BMW at the BMW Store.
