Overall experience at the BMW Store Cinci was great! Customer Service was excellent, not only from the employee working with us but all of the sales people at the store. Just purchased my 13th BMW. 2,000,000 miles and only one minor repair!! I've used several dealers before. I like John Beam and BMW store best. Professional. Efficient. Respectful.. 2ond purchase there. The only negative is the used car sales manager. He was smug and unfriendly. Walked by me several times without a word, smile or acknowledging me. Interesting attitude toward HIS customers. I'll return to buy from John again and again and time my visit around the managers day off!!
