Darrin did a very good job of presenting cars to me until there was one that "clicked". There was a snafu with one car he showed me that had already been sold, unbeknownst to him. He was apologetic and quickly suggested another one that had just come in. I drove it, liked it, and they offered it at a price that I felt good about. This is my first BMW and so far the driving (and purchase) experience has been all I hoped it would be. Kudos to Darrin and the BMW Store!
Paul Kolleck is an outstanding sales professional. He understands a customer's needs and desires in a vehicle, and he works tirelessly to meet those needs and desires in a vehicle. I bought my last two vehicles from Paul, and #3 will be from him too!

I enquired about CPO 2010 328i X-drive using the on-line service that the dealer has on their website and asked two questions about the car. Within 5 minutes, I received an e-mail reply from Tony, the Salesman, as well as a voicemail answering my questions about the car. I asked hime to hold the car and went to see it the following day.
