I was looking for an X1 with a certain set of options. Chris searched the system and found a good match still on a ship on its way to another dealer in the US. He was able to get the car re-assigned, and a few weeks later, I took delivery. The trade-in and pickup was great! Chris accomodated my schedule with an evening pickup, and quickly went over the car's features. Since I was already trading in an E90, Chris focused on the differences between the cars. Great job!
I was looking quite a while for a quality used vehicle and when I came across the Toyota Highlander online at the BMW store I quickly went into action. The purchase experience was excellent. I thought Chris was excellent to work with and felt that he was the perfect sales person for me. He understood my car needs and was able to keep me informed/updated regularly on the purchase process. He a natural at his job.
