Chris did a good job making sure that I understood which "deal" would be better for me--buying or leasing. As it turned out I ended up leasing an X5 for 39 months. The cost of the car was about 61k and I was allowed 18k on my 2005 X5. Financially speaking, the deal was not the greatest one but I wanted out of the current car and I was willing to give up my equity just to be rid of a real lemon of a car. Paul is a friendly, experienced professional who exceeded my expectations as a salesman. This was my first time buying a BMW so I had many questions about the new X3. He was patient answering my questions about safety features, gas efficiency, and resale value. He helped me obtain financing, and demonstrated all the new equipment, including Serius radio, gps, etc. Overall an excellent experience buying my first BMW.
Paul was very helpful, friendly and did a great job of explaining the car to me before purchase. as this was my first time with BMW, I was not real familiar with the product. He was very professional while being very courteous. Upon delivery, he spent about an hour going over everything with me. great job!
Darrin was fabulous. I really hated my current car but was limited on price, financing, etc. He helped me find the used car I liked and then was so professional in every way. The follow through there was tremendous and all happened very quickly. Darrin followed up the next day to make sure I still loved my car! Thanks so much for a great experience. Even though I am 57 I still hate buying a car by myself as a single woman.
Darrin and team made the 775 mile round-trip drive to pick up my new car completely worth it. Trade value and new car sales prices that were negotiated over the phone, were honored in person with no last minute tricks or "issues". Chico had all the paperwork ready to go for me so I could get back on the road without a lenghty delay. Overall, one of the most painless car buying experiences I have ever had. I will absolutely consider making the drive again for my next new car purchase.

Susan Ward & Steven were both wonderful. I walked in looking for a convertible, changed my mind about the model at least 20 times; after driving everyone crazy running all over finding options & keys I decided on the Countryman.
