My experience with BMW was effortless and awesome; I first spoke with Julian at the end of the summer about purchasing a car, at that time I was unsure about buying a car. Julian ask me about what I wanted in my car and how much I wanted to spend. He give me his card and told me to think about and when I was ready to come back and he would put me in a car that was in my price range and nice. I have to said that he met and exceeded my expectation. I absolutely love my X3

This is my first purchase from BMW and I will purchase again the sales staff was very informative and patient with all my questions. It was my daughters first experience purchasing a car and I was very proud to sit across the table with my daughter. I've worked in the automotive business for 22 years and visited several dealerships I really appreciate the way my daughter and I was treated. I'm happy to join the BMW family.

I drove over 250 miles to see and buy this car. Darrin was very helpful BEFORE my trip, and "cut to the chase" on pricing. The deal on my trade was spot on my expectations. I have purchased cars from out of state before and paperwork was messy. The BMW store must do a lot of out of state sales because it was all smooth, fast, professional, and accurate. My title showed up promptly a couple of weeks after I got home with my new ride. I would recommend the BMW store.

I went to the dealership to purchase a new car. Overall I rate the experience as 'good' and will service my car at the dealership and purchase car{s} in the future from them. The only reason why I don't rate the experience as 'great' is because my salesrep,Darren didn't go into detail explaining the amenities/options with the car when I was looking at them. Darrin was great to work with. He provided excellent information for me to travel 4 1/2 hrs to come to The BMW Store to buy a beautiful used Mini Cooper S Clubman I am extremely happy with my purchase. Darrin and his fellow team members worked out a nice deal for me and I was able to return home to Pittsburgh in a new car. Thanks so much, Gary F

Both Dean and Tammy at the BMW Store made my car buying experience delightful. I purchased 2 Mini Coopers from the dealership in the past but this was my first experience with the BMW staff and I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend them.

Darrin Penrod was very knowledgable of the features of our X5 and was very professional in his treatment of us. There were a few items that needed to be addressed prior to our purchase and Darrin put forth a great effort , including returning eamils on a Sunday, to satisfy us and to get the deal done. I would highly recommend The BMW Store and Darrin to a prospective customer.

Dean really went the extra mile to find the exact vehicle we wanted, which was on a boat coming over from Germany. He listened to what our needs were and made certain that the vehicle we purchased met those needs. I would highly recommend Dean and the BMW Store is you are considering purchasing a BMW/Mini.

We were very pleased with our salesman,Dean Stathes. He answered all our questions and helped us get a satisfactory price on our new X1. When our new car arrived, Dean spent a great deal of time showing us all the features of the car. He has followed up with phone calls to see if we have any questions. Overall we are very pleased.
