My buying expierence was awesome . Julian was honest and professional and made the buying expierence pleasure able . Quick deal and fair deal . Answered every question I had . I thought I left some paperwork in my old car and Julian was quick to check on it and get back to me. I highly recommend visiting this store if your looking for a used car.

Both of them took care of all the details, answered my many questions in a polite and timely manner and made the whole process flow smoothly from start to finish. Jay helped me sort out my best option; buy miles, buyout the lease, or buy a new MINI . . . once I made my choice he supported my decision without any sales pressure. This was my first BMW purchase and Paul Kolleck was outstanding. Made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Walked me through the ordering process and asked insightful questions relative to my desired vehicle.
Saw the "Mini" online and called the dealership. Matt Swartz was helpful and enthusiastic. When I arrived the "Mini" was waiting just where Matt said it would be. Matt and I took a test drive and discussed some of the features. He offered to let me take it home for the night. Unfortunately, I was working during business hours. The BMW Store and Chris Lykins provided a very smooth buying experience, both via email and phone and in person. Production status updates were provided after the car was ordered, and the delivery and finance process at the dealership was just as smooth. I was very satisfied.
Loved working with Julian. Feel like I got a fair deal first off. Then there were two issues that I was a bit unhappy about on the car with tint and the key. He offered to fix them without me even asking! He followed through with his commitment and I am a super happy customer!!! Go buy a car from Julian!
