My first BMW (2010 535i xDrive) wasn't purchased from a BMW dealership. I am from Chicago and spent quite some time looking for my perfect used Porsche Boxster. I came across a Boxster at the BMW Store online and called and talked to Matt Swartz in sales. Over the next couple days Matt was very helpful in answering any questions ,sending pics and giving very accurate description of the Boxster. Simply the greatest. I've been going to the Bmw store for the last 3 years+. Chris Lykins has helped me with two leases. I had zero problems when it came down to getting out of my lease via the pull ahead program and into a 2015 vehicle. He keeps in great touch with all contacts. Responds very quickly to emails and calls. If you want the best you have to go to the best,and that's at the BMW store.
I am pretty satisfied with my purchase of 2012 528xi at BMW Store on Steward Road. Mark and Nick took care of all the process leaving me no worry through out the buying process. They listened to my request and provided their best service as they can. It is a pleasant purchasing experience for me. Coming from a long period of loyalty to a certain Japanese Luxury marque that sports a large 'L' on the hood- I was slightly apprehensive at the prospect of visiting a BMW dealership.
