My wife and I recently purchased a CPO 3 series wagon from Knauz BMW. Bob and Luke were extremely professional throughout the process. No high pressure tactics or posturing. When we settled on the a vehicle, Bob gave us a fair price. Delivery of the vehicle was efficient and seamless. Luke gave us a comprehensive idrive tutorial and made sure all our questions were answered. Look forward to doing business with Knauz in the future.

I never look forward to car buying because of all the semantics that seem to be part of the process, Bob was very straightforward and actually made the process enjoyable. I had been looking for a while and figured I had a couple more months to shop. But I found the right car, the right deal and the right salesperson and it all came together much faster than I expected…to my surprise GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I had my first buying experience with the Knauz BMW dealership and it was outstanding. From my first contact with George Greve to taking delivery of my vehicle, the entire experience was exceptional. Bottom line---This is the 5th car in a row that I have leased or purchased from Knauz. Always a positive experience. From no nonsense pricing, to very personalized service including spending over 2 hours reviewing purchase options and actually looking at possible color combinations on various cars on the property. My boyfriend and I went to Knauz just for fun to look at all of the amazing cars that Knauz has to offer and while looking at this amazing M235, George came around and let us take it out for a drive with no questions asked. Since we are both in our 20's, that is not a common thing to come across. I drove the car and absolutely fell in love with it. While working with George, we easily came to an agreement on price and the whole process went very quickly. I have never been more happy with a car or car buying experience.

My wife and I decided to start looking for a modern-day BMW to replace her 2004 325i so we stopped by Knauz on a whim. We have owned 6 BMWs so far and I previously bought a CPO BMW from Knauz back in 2001. I was not really impressed by my experience back then but this place has come leaps and bounds since. Judy at Knauz took time to show me the available options and I test drove about 5 or 6 cars over the course of 2 weeks, some of them more than once. All of my questions were answered quickly and I never felt pressured to make a decision or "buy today". The prices on all of the vehicles were fair to good and every car I looked at was a good to great value. I highly recommend Knauz.
