Bob Geisheker immediately greeted us at the door, making sure we were comfortable walking in the dealership(I called him from the parking lot to tell he we were there). His approach was very professional and friendly and very knowledgeable about the automobile industry. He knew what I was looking for, found it and we bought the card. The dealership was great!!!!!!!!!

Overall I am very saticfied with the buying experience this time due to the fact that I wasn't pressured to commit and the salesman had much knowledge and was very courteous.

I purchased a car from Judy Powell almost 1 ½ ago she is an excellent sales person. She answered all of my questions and worked with her sales manager to find the vehicle that I wanted at a great affordable price at the end of the sale. Judy understood how important it is to listen to the buyer and spend as much time as needed to finalize a sale. Judy Powell is an excellent sales person. She answered all of my questions, and worked with sales manager Bob Graziano to find the vehicle that I wanted. Judy understands how important it is to listen to the buyer and spends as much time as needed to finalize a sale. This is the second time I have worked with Judy and highly recommend her and Knauz BMW.

I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was shopping for a 2013 BMW 3 series. Bob Geisheker made me the best deal of any dealer who had the car I was looking for from Western Pennsylvania to Colorado. It was well worth the 8 hour drive from Pittsburgh to Chicago. The sales staff at Knauz BMW was extremely knowledgable and very efficient. Even though the dealership is 500 miles away, I will definitely consider them again when I am in the market for another car.
