I replaced my BMW 535 with 2014 535 ...I'm very impress with sales and finance team very straight froward .. I'm looking forward for the long time relationship for this dealer ship .. since I just bought it so not sure about customer service yet but Judy and Bob was a great resources there if you ever want to buy a car go and see Judy .. As a long time customer of Knauz, I had high expectations when it came time to trade my 2006 BMW in on a new one. This was my first time dealing with Judy Powell, but she met or exceeded those expectations in all areas. I've owned BMW's (I like the 3 series) since 1999. Due to dealer service problems with my '99, I shopped at 4 dealers in 2008 for my new 328i.
