Judy Powell, one of the employees of this dealership, just so good, we took test drive the BMW M3 and purchase the car right after that. Great dealer.
Our third BMW from Knauz. Here is why: great salesperson, take home test drive, ease of process of purchase, timely, creative delivery, follow-up, wonderful service department, and overall well run dealer.
I went to see the car but the way she explained and convinced me to buy.. it's too great... Sales process went very smooth and had a great experience.
Judy was a pleasure to deal with. She was courteous, knowledgable, and fair. She worked hard to find the right vehicle for me, and then worked with me to get to an agreeable price. She was kind enough to follow up the next day, and make herself available anytime to help me work out the complex electronics.
Judy took over from another salesperson, as he was busy with another customer, and did an outstanding job. Judy took the time to find exactly what I was looking for, even though the car I wanted wasn't on the dealer's lot. Delivery was fairly short and easy, and was also a good experience. Judy was great to work with and made the car buying experience worthwhile. I was out in the market looking at all types of cars (SUV, sedans, different makes) and right when I walked in Judy took me the car I ended up driving home. I had worked with Judy in the past, but the individual buying the car ended up going to another dealer - this had nothing to do with KNAUZ or Judy. Judy Powell was outstanding. She listened to my situation and what I was looking for in a new BMW. She immediately steered me to the perfect car for me, then explained why it was perfect.
