Judy went above and beyond from the very first time she approached us in the dealer to ensure that OUR needs and desires were the number one priority in all of our interactions. She was responsive to our evolving requests ultimately leading to the selection of a vehicle ideally suited for our family. Through all of this, Judy was extremely pleasant and professional at all times--making this an exceptional experience.
Judy took over from another salesperson and did an outstanding job. Delivery was great and a good experience. She took all the time necessary to make sure the process went well. She even assisted in getting our leased MB back to the other dealership. Steve did a great job processing all the financial paperwork and going through all the options. Overall great experience and expect it to continue with Knauz.

I had an unfortunate problem that required BMW to buy back my car due to serious engine problems. The entire service team at Knauz, especially Jeremy and James were terrific in both explaining my problems, and keeping me up to date on possible repairs. When it became clear that the car couldn't be fixed, my salesperson Judy Powell was outstanding. She helped me with the ordering, kept me up to date with the progress of the car, and did a great job with delivery
