My experiences with Knauz began when I had an older model 5 series that needed repairs. I had just located to the area and still had an out of state registration, DL, etc.. Despite the late hour, Judy Powell took extra time with me to provide all of the information I requested regarding a specific pre-owned vehicle, and we went for a test drive.
