Knauz is really nice looking dealership, but their sales that I've encountered think too highly of themselves. I was told that there's no negotiations on European Delivery(no discount of ED MSRP), and the discount I was offered on 530i was a lot less than other places. I ended up @ Patrick, and I love it only because of the awesome sales guy that I have there who gives both best price AND service

Taking a casual look at bmw…met sam Picchietti and sells trust well. Rest is history.

Sales staff and follow up customer service is very strong. Management is regid and tough on exceptions and somewhat arrogant, at times.

"insulting" "You can even google me. I am 5 star rated." he told me to google him and his overall tone is quite harsh even over email.

"Very disappointing and rude" Seems like he doesn’t want to sell cars. Very rude. Didn’t even come out to Show the car. Total wastage of time going there.

The sales manager Bob Graziano have very bad customer service and very rude way to talk with customers he is not qualify to be in BMW dealer

The dealership folder says treat people as you would like to be treated. They mean this, I purchased the vehicle site unseen and delivered it in better condition than was expected.

They sold me a beautiful car. Unfortunately, I can't actually drive it as they have failed to send me the registration or temporary permit. I have tried repeatedly over the last week to convince them that this was a necessary item for me to actually be able to drive the car, but their disorganization is profoundly impressive! For now, all I can do is admire it in my driveway......................................

So it has been 8 weeks since my last communication with Knauz BMW and BMW Corporate. I waited so long because I really believed that they would reach out to me after the last 4 months of getting the run-around. I have been a good Customer for 15 years. And being an ex-saleman of 35 years, maybe I was a little naive. My bad ! I believe that their motto is " Expect the Exceptional ". Really ???
