They gave me a bmw pre owned certifcatied car by saying it has a clean car fax. never ever believe this guys... All false statements.

Tisha did not pressure, and got back to me on his day off. The certified pre owned vehicle I purchased was in excellent condition, you could not tell that it was used.

Lack of professionalism on part of the sales agent. The dealership did not feel welcoming. No good follow up. Lack of transparency. Instead of speaking how big they are they should focus on personal attention.

I've been a service customer of Knauz for over 25 years so I've traveled out-of-the-way to Knauz time and time again because I feel the service department was superior to any others much closer to my residence. FYI: I'm on my fourth BMW and currently considering purchasing my fifth. Bought the car here so obviously took my car here for recalls and services, but maybe it's my bad luck but everytime I get the car back, something is damaged or scratched. On my first visit, 3 days after I purchased my new Bimmer, for a computer programming update, they managed to scratch the rear driver side door and knick the driver door handle. Car was less than 1 year old & had only about 8000 miles. The car was in the shop 5 times to repair flaky back window issues. Never fixed problem with windows. I sold car & they put a paint meter to the car & found the previous damage. Knauz said that they were unaware. For $80,000 they should of metered the car. The dealer would not do anything for either problem.

I felt like I was back in the 1980's buying a 10,000 car yet I paid $100,000 +. Trying to push a third party warranty and all the other 1980's tatics. Just a very rude guy !!

I have purchased two previous BMWs from Knauz over the past 7 years - both from the same sales person. Yesterday, I came in, and asked for an available sales person who could help me place an order for a European Delivery 5-series model. I was introduced to someone(the whole experience made me forget his name), we sat down, and I told him what I was willing to pay for the European delivery car, based upon my previous purchase. We went in to have our 2008 BMW 328 serviced and while there ended up purchasing a 2011 328 courtesy car. We thoroughly inspected the car and only found a trim ring on the nav controller damaged. To close the deal, we asked to have the windows tinted and the controller ring repaired. We were told the car would be ready by Friday and at this point had no problems with Knauz. Just to update this reveiw, Knauz responded to this reveiw and took care of all repairs and did treat us very well. They said that there was a misunderstanding and that is not the way way they do business. I will say that I would definitly recomended them for furture purchases
