The service representative I prefer to interact with at Knauz is James Matus. He has always been extremely professional and excellent with every aspect of service at Knauz. He has made servicing the vehicle at Knauz hassle free and convenient. Chad Holland the sale representative for Knauz has made the purchase's of our last three BMW's extremely stress free and as always very cordial.

I can't say enough about the high level of customer service provided by Karl Knauz BMW. Everyone there has exhibited exemplary levels of care for my vehicle's needs. The service director Dave Rolain has repeatedly gone above and beyond what even a demanding client would expect. James Matus writing in the service drive has always been at the top of his game explaining my vehicles needs and building value in their work. I am a customer for life.

Anytime I bring my car in for service with Gus I am reminded why I do business with Knauz BMW. Gus is not only friendly and knowledgeable but he gets me in and out of as fast as humanly possible. I know Gus from my previous visits to Knauz service. He is the reason that people like me come back to any dealership: friendly, very knowledgeable and honest. Always smiling (how does he do it?), willing to help and most of all able to listen to the customer. I bought my car from Knauz and I also have my car serviced there. My car came off of warranty last year and I ran into some issues that required repairs. Gus is always friendly and extremely helpful when I’m there. He strives to make the drop off process as quick as possible because I am usually on my way to work. He also calls and provides the status of the service to make sure that I am aware of what’s going on and an approximate time to expect the service to be complete. Joe and Gus deserve the gold star awards after my car spent 30+ days in the Knauz BMW Service Department. While the team spent weeks trying to diagnose a mysterious knocking noise, Joe kept me informed of any updates, and always made sure that things were good on my end with the BMW loaners that I was always provided. I've buying and servicing my cars at Knauz for almost 20 years. The service department plays an important role in my decision making process when looking for a new car. The Service department keeps me coming back after all these years! Most recently, they helped me get my 2002 X5 back in running shape after being "neglected" (not driven) for a few years due to personal issues. My experience with Knauz was excellent. Even though I did not buy my certified pre-owned BMW from them (I bought a hard to find manual transmission BMW from another dealer) the sales people were great! They were excellent when if came to answering my questions, following-up (w/o being pushy), and they were extremely friendly and polite. I really wanted to buy a car from them, but I found exactly what I was looking for at an out-of-state dealership.

The sales,business,management and service are IMPECCABLE !!!
