Gus received my frantic call at about 8:15 am 4/17/12: I had a blowout flat directly across the street from the dealership on rte. 41, going southbound..dangerous traffic! Gus said that he would get someone over to help and drive me to work. When I asked him if he wanted my phone #..he said semiseriously..."Don't worry I see you from here!" I just bought my new BMW335ix coupe from Knauz today. It has been 10 years since I have purchased a car and I was so pleased at how informative and friendly the staff at this dealership were. Jeffrey Gravhovac, my client advisor, spent as much time as required to aquaint me with all the "bells and whistles" on my new car. Jeremy was a excellent example of quality customer service you rarely find today. He treated me as if I was a customer (not common) and that my business mattered to him and the dealership. For that I will always come back. Management should be very proud of him and it shows that he cares about his customers and the dealerships reputation.
Adam and the entire Knauz team are incredible to work with, and I would highly recommend Knauz. Adam, and the rest of the team were very accommodating through the purchase of my new car, and have been just as helpful and attentive since getting the vehicle. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Knauz.
This dealership has to be one of THE best BMW dealerships on the planet ! I was extremely satisfied with the Sales staff when I purchased my BMW in 2009. But to me what really sets this dealership apart from the rest is the Service department. Gus Hirth has got to be one of your best Service managers. This was the best experience I have ever had a dealership. If you need to buy a BMW go to Knauz BMW and see Jeff Grahovac. He took the time to ask me the right questions to figure out what type of car in the color I wanted. For the first time in many auto purchasing experiences I felt so comfortable and well taken care of, I am so glad I went to Knauz for my purchase. Again, Jeff Grahovac was the reason I bought the car and I reccommend him to anyone looking to be taken care of with the utmost respect.
Adam was a great guy to work with. He spent as much as time with me as was needed to address all my questions and concerns. He was proactive in making sure all my car needs were met, and he still continues to be very helpful weeks after I purchased my car. My experience at this dealership was top notch.
